Delivery Policy

Ordering window: Since we source to order, we typically need a 4-day notice. We can sometimes accommodate last minute requests, but that’s not really up to me! It’s up to the flowers we have available and what you need. Feel free to text 210-995-3028 with any last-minute requests.

Local deliveries: $7

San Antonio deliveries: $15 (within 25 miles). plus $1 for every mile over 25.

Example: A distance of 30 miles from Petale Haus will incur a $20 delivery fee.

We do not deliver over 35 miles unless you have booked a wedding or event.

Delivery Minimum: $65. If you order from us weekly, this minimum can be negotiable. Let’s chat.

Subscription deliveries: Fridays between 5- 8PM.

Please review your agreement for information regarding delivery fees for subscriptions.

Subscription Pickups: Saturdays 9AM – 12 PM.

Pickups are scheduled in advance. Please arrange for a pick-up at the time of placing your order.
